1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within same time of the delivery.

If product will damaged while the delivery.

Products showing signs of damage, tampering, or physical breakage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
2. Replacement & Warranty

7 Days Replacement Warranty (Brand Service Centre):
If you face any issue with your purchased product within 7 days of delivery, you may visit the respective Brand Service Centre for inspection and replacement eligibility. -
Manufacturer Warranty:
After the 7-day replacement period, all warranty claims will be handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy. -
Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, liquid damage, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized repair, or physical breakage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

Items damaged due to improper use or negligence.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only if a product is found defective, damaged, or not as described, and replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval.

In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 1-2 business working daysÂ

Share your order details, reason for return, and product images/video for verification.

Once approved, you will be guided on the return or service centre visit process.

After verification, replacement/refund will be initiated as per the policy.
6. Important Notes

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for safe packaging and return of the product (unless pickup is arranged).

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NAGPUR-MAHARASHTRA.
