All orders are processed within 12 – 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
During high-demand periods (such as festive sales or promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will need to order with Cash on delivery and visit the nearby store to receive the product.

Packaging
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
Fragile electronics and accessories receive extra protective packaging
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or tampered:
Only Open-box delivery will be provided.
Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product if it will Damage.
We will arrange an immediate replacement
- In case the customer declines open-box delivery, the company will not be liable for damages or tampering discovered afterward.
